Energique's Ashwagandha (root) Liquid Herbal is made from the root of the Withania somnifera plant.  Also known as Indian ginseng, poison gooseberry or winter cherry, it is from the Solanaceae, or nightshade, family.

Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic (anti-stress) herb, which has also been used in Ayurvedic medicine for a number of different issues.

Other Ingredients: Demineralized water, 25% ethanol.
