Atrium's Atri-Disco is a two-phase supplement for the support of healthy spinal discs.  Over the years, I've found this to be very helpful in recovery from or prevention of back discomfort.  And now it has been reformulated with boswellia and rosehips.

Ingredients: Phase 1 (in stomach) -- 200 mg manganese sulfate, 100 mg vitamin C (calcium ascorbate), 11 mg magnesium aspartate; phase 2 (in duodenum) -- 4 mg alpha-chymotrypsin, 100 mg papain, 100 mg bromelain and 50 mg pancreatin 5x.
